Indico Login Instructions

We have set up an area on the DESY hosted Indico site to aid in organization and sharing of materials for ACHIP collaboration meetings and teleconferences.

If you do not have one already, please create an Indico login and password ASAP.  Detailed instructions follow:

1.  Go to URL https://indico.desy.de/userRegistration.py

2.  Click the ‘Login’ button in the top right and fill out the web form (takes only a minute).

3.  Click confirm.

4.  The DESY site administrator will email your confirmation (usually takes 1 day or less).

5.  Forward the email confirmation to Joel England (england@slac.stanford.edu).

6.  Joel will give you access permissions for the appropriate ACHIP meeting areas.

Once this is complete, you should be able to login to the ACHIP area by going to the following URL:

https://indico.desy.de/categoryDisplay.py?categId=411

It is also possible to navigate from the main Indico page (indico.desy.de) via the path:  Home —> Accelerators —> ACHIP
